There is something different in the implementation of the 2025-2029 Ponorogo Regency Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang). Local creative economy products such as snacks, coffee, accessories, and batik clothes appear neatly lined up in front of the entrance to the Musrenbang location at the Sasana Praja Building, Wednesday (04/30/2025).
These various local products were deliberately displayed to attract the interest of participants to get to know more about Ponorogo’s local products.
Not only business actors, elements of educational institutions also participated in exhibiting creative economy products made by their students.
The Principal of SMKN 2 Ponorogo, Farida Hanim Handayani, explained that this was a form of synergy to accommodate and introduce the work of her students.
“These are all the creative works of our students from SMKN 2 Ponorogo. Hopefully, it will be increasingly known and in demand by the people of Ponorogo,” he said.
He added that SMKN 2 Ponorogo is also ready to play an active role in supporting Ponorogo Regency to enter the UNESCO World Creative City Network (UCCN).
“Our school is a vocational school that has 6 expertise programs that are in line with the Ponorogo Regency Government program to enter the UCCN,” he concluded. *Man
