Unlimited Creativity, This Policeman Created a Headband with the National Police Logo Motif

Ponorogo’s achievement in representing Indonesia at the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) 2025 continues to spark the spirit of innovation & creativity in society.

One of the members of the Ponorogo Police, Luhur Ainul Fikri, continues to be active in the world of art in between his busy schedule as a police officer. In fact, he often uses art as a means of socializing various security & public order programs.

He has also made various achievements for Ponorogo Regency, starting from the East Java Regional Police to the National Police Headquarters.

“Alhamdulillah, as a police officer I can still get space for art,” he said on Thursday (16/01/2025).

After he successfully guided the children of the Aisyiyah Ponorogo Integrated Blind Orphanage to play the reog gamelan, now Luhur has again made the Ponorogo Police proud with his headband that took the motif idea from the logo of the Indonesian National Police.

“The initial idea to create the Polri logo or Iket Motif Dadung Tri Brata Polri was how the Reog Polres or police ornaments or properties did not change the general visual of the reog, but when observed, it turned out that the ornaments were Polri ornaments,” he said.

The Dadung Tri Brata motif takes the philosophy that every Polri member always upholds 3 life guidelines in everyday life.

Luhur hopes that his work can be a form of support to deliver Ponorogo to be designated as part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) 2025.

“This is the result of creativity from friends at the Ponorogo Police. Hopefully it will add to the cultural heritage in Ponorogo,” he hoped. *Man
