Ngebel Lake Tourism provides new facilities to increase visitor comfort

Ngebel Lake is known as an exotic tourist destination to enjoy the charm of the lake by Dragon boat or speed boat. Now the district government is trying to maximize the comfort of visitors who stop by by building a water fountain stand.

In an effort to provide visitors with a more engaging experience, the local government decided to demolish the old pier and replace it with a water fountain spectator stand.

Head of the Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports Service, Judha Slamet Sarwo Edhi, explained that this project uses a budget from the APBD.

“For the budget, we allocated APBD funds, we are aware that tourism investment requires quite a lot of funds,” said Judha.

Even though the project has only reached 25 percent, Judha is optimistic that by the end of November work on the spectator stands will be completed.

“Currently the stage is almost 25 percent, but it will be ready by the end of November,” emphasized Judha. He added that the construction of the spectator stands aims to ensure that visitors to Ngebel Lake can enjoy the water fountain show comfortably. Adv/Ptr
