Tiwul Goreng is one of the traditional diet menus in Ponorogo

Ponorogo Regency is indeed rich in culinary tourism, especially with traditional menus, one of which is nasi tiwul. If you are bored with modern cuisine, then enjoying Tiwul rice might be an alternative, especially by enjoying the charm of nature.

A place that sells special tiwul rice, namely Lakon caffe in Pomahan Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo, one of the flagship dishes is fried tiwul rice, apart from another menu, namely lodeh vegetable tiwul rice.

Even though it serves processed tiwul fried rice, this cafe is quite unique, with a modern minimalist concept, so it is very suitable for a photo spot. Apart from that, the taste is quite delicious and tasty, making this cafe popular with many visitors. The price itself is quite affordable, namely IDR 15 thousand per portion.

“Apart from being delicious, it is also suitable for a diet menu, and has balanced nutritional content,” said one of the visitors, Nunung Eva Trimastuti.

Even though it only opened about a month ago, every day it is never empty of customers who come to taste its Tiwul rice dishes.

“I deliberately made this tiwul rice preparation, to bring back the traditional menu,” said the owner of Lakon Caffe, Bahtiar.

Not only enjoying the delicious rice tiwul, visitors are also treated to views of the vast and green rice fields. Adv/Ptr
