Ponorogo Regency has three heritages which are still well maintained, even though they are thousands of years old. The three heirlooms are the Spear of Kiai Tunggul Nogo, the Angkin Belt, Cinde Puspito, and the Songsong Umbrella, Kiai, Tunggul Wulung.
Pusaka is one of the proofs of the history of the founding of Ponorogo Regency, it is only issued or displayed once a year, with a procession paraded from the district pavilion to the old city and washed every time before 1 Suro.

The Spear of Kiai Tunggul Nogo, the Angking Belt of Cinde Puspito and the Songsong Umbrella of Kiai Tunggul Wulung are the 3 heirlooms belonging to Grandfather Batoro Katong. These three heirlooms were used by Grandfather Batoro Katong in Ponorogo tripe.
According to Sunarso, the Kanjeng Tunggul Nogo and Tunggul Wulung heirlooms belonged to Majapahit, the fifth Eyang Brawijaya. Where at that time there was a struggle for power, the two heirlooms, M then took care of them, namely Eyang Joyodrono and Joyodipo.
While in a squeezed condition, Brawijaya advised that if someone knows the whereabouts of the heirloom spear, then he is his descendant. Then Joyodrono went to Ponorogo. On his way he met Batoro Katong, Patih Seloaji, and Ki Ageng Mirah.
“Grandfather Batoro Katong in his meditation saw Kiai Tunggul Nogo’s spear installed in the Segolo-Golo Cave, which is now in the Setono Village area. That’s why the spear became an heirloom to Grandfather Batoro Katong,” he said.

The prowess of the spear was proven, at one time Ponorogo was attacked by Ki Ageng Fleas. Logically, Batoro Katong will lose because it only has 40 students. Meanwhile, Ki Ageng Fleas has 200 troops.
However, Batoro Katong was assisted by Patih Seloaji who had prowess in war. The spear was used to block and instantly Ki Ageng Flea’s horse ran headlong.
“Meanwhile, Cinde Puspito is the belt worn by Grandfather Batoro Katong, along with the Songsong Tunggul Wulung umbrella,” he concluded. Adv/Ptr
